| Good morning! I am more than prepared to continue working on my mobile app! It's been a busy week, and now I'm free to work on my app for the next 2 days. My primary goals are to get the logo done and to continue learning about IOS development. I actually might start learning Android development, since I don't have a mac for building IOS apps. With a 65% market share, it might be a good platform to develop for. However, I must choose one, since I want to provide the best user experience for my users. I also plan to launch an online survey for my classmates to see what type of phone they use and what applications they use the most. So, those are currently my goals for the weekend and I hope to accomplish all of them! Currently, I only have a 33% success rate, but I can taste that victory is right around the corner! | |

| Here I am! Form now on, I will be posting daily on my progress to ensure my success. It has now been 3 weeks since I started my commitment, and I am definitely not as successful as I can be. With all the work I have to do during the week, I only have the weekend to work on this project. Fortunately, I have Mimo, the Duolingo of coding. I allows me to learn Swift programming on my phone. The program is very fun to use, giving me a course on a given topic and quizzing me at the end. I would highly recommend it to anybody who wants to add programming to their skillset. Along with that, I have found time to work on some courses on IOS development that I have enrolled in, along with Shaw Academy's Diploma in Mobile App Development, which does focus on Android, but I have fun progressing through it. So, although I do have quite a bit of resources, during the week, I have an hour tops each day to work on this commitment. So, without further ado, I am going to have a productive and successful weekend! Here I go! | |

| So far, on a scale of 1 to 10, the success of my commitment is around a 5. During the weekend, I enrolled in a few programs that would teach me more about IOS development. I was quite successful in taking in new knowledge during that period of time, but this thing called school is leaving me with no time at all at the end of the day. After a long day and 6 hours of homework, I barely have any energy to pursue this project. My goal for the next 4 days will have nothing to do with the application. I still have a B in math, and I am willing to have positive grades for the end of this quarter. However, when the weekend comes, I will do my very best to catch up on what I could have done during the week. So, I guess that I'll find a flexible work schedule and stick to it for the remainder of this project and beyond. | |
