| Did good. Seeing progress in my headache but I need to get even better. I need to start really researching different excersises and stretches to fix this. My left side kyphosis is one of the main culprits of this and I need to fix it. | |

Have done a great job and have seen a difference in my headache overall. Im 30 minutes behind but with my new plan of doing at least 30 minutes a day, I can just do an extra half hour one of the days Im not already trying to do 2 or 1 hour. the wording on that was weird. From now on though Im going to make it so that I actually have to get the alotted hours. |
