| Fuck. The commitment to do all the one off actions in time was to realistic with the blood test only possible Thursday morning, and the commitment to do it 5/10/20 not just total procrastinated. I HAVE to make sure this is realistic. When I am busy two approaches is also hard e.g. Ashley was here so can't do it then! But STILL I was not focusing on these enough, throwing away points for one missed stretch and one missed bedtime. Apart from the unrealistic aspects I should have been perfect. I was good in certain ways, the shoes were polished, and radiators sorted, the PN sorted, the work done. So next time, make it realistic, and raise the bar above 75. And be very present about exactly where you are with all of these and whether you can fit them in later for things you leave until later. | |
