*Monitoring what I spend, using this commitment journal.
*Analyse my decisions when I am in "buying mode". When will I use it? Why am I buying it? Am I emotional when buying food/stuff? *Start stickking to a weekly budget (£20 excluding travel). *Avoid certain websites - Amazon, Paperchase. Cancel all notifications. *(Ideal) Cut out all online purchases. *Limit buying food and drink out. One drink a week. *Get up early enough to not be rushing breakfast. Take packed lunches. Eat when I am hungry. Remember weight loss goal!
