I commit to NOT watching my husband's account on Facebook, which brings me jealousy and pain. I will also NOT look at the messages he gets on his phone, as it also causes me jealousy and pain. Instead I will make myself more awesome: lose weight, get a new job and run a 5K.

| Starting today. I need to reframe my mind and become the woman I want to be, which does not happen if I still continue fretting and obsessing about his ex-co-worker-lady-friends he was very close with in NYC. I need to leave it for now and take care of myself. And when I am stronger, smarter and more in control of my life, I'll revisit this. The 100 road to this starts today. Actually, my husband has never given me diamonds... so at the end of this challenge I'll get me one. Let's think about it this way: the only person I'm going to definitely spend the rest of my life with is ME. And so I'll celebrate this at the end of my 100 day journey. | |
