peebs commits to:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday I’ll do at least 1 round of Wim Hof breathing. Plus SAVERS routine.
All other days I’ll do SAVERS first thing and 1 extra exercise I can choose. It can be anything: meditation, Paul McKenna, extra exercise etc.
