Claymaker52 commits to:
I will commit to eating just one whole food organic vegan meal every day and eat at a caloric deficiet every day until I reach my goal of 8% body fat. I will complete 2 whole body workouts every week and do 2 sessions of HIT training (sprints/stairs) per week as well.
I am currently 18% body fat and have a goal to be at 8% body fat by June first.

I ate under my deficiet every day and worked out every single day with just one meal that was whole food vegan and organic. To accomplish this I made a weeks worth of food and took it all to work and left it in their fridge. I worked out at lunchtime for about 30-35 minutes. I also had workout partners and enjoyed the workout sessions.

Getting ready for the first day. I have just purchased a workout/diet journal, created a vision board, morning incantations w/ visualizations and my overall plan. I will take my starting body fat % tomorrow morning along with my weight.
