Claymaker52 commits to:
I will commit to eating just one whole food organic vegan meal every day and eat at a caloric deficiet every day until I reach my goal of 8% body fat. I will complete 2 whole body workouts every week and do 2 sessions of HIT training (sprints/stairs) per week as well.
I am currently 18% body fat and have a goal to be at 8% body fat by June first.
