I-know-better commits to:
not to engage in any non-work related digital distraction, i.e. TV watching, radio/NPR listening, pleasure reading, etc.. from 10 pm - noon, in order to work at least 2 hours of uninterruptedly on my computer daily, ideally before noon every day.
(unless is exercise related).
