| LeechBlock is software that lets you pre-set when your Firefox browser can and cannot connect to a list of Web addresses that you specify. Chronager is "parental control" software that can automatically shut down the computer at a specified bedtime, among other features. I use LeechBlock to help me avoid known time-wasting sites except during time windows specified in my stickK goals. I use Chronager to shut off my computer at a particular time, each night, to encourage me to go to bed instead of staying up playing on the computer. LeechBlock is free, but I paid for my copy of Chronager. | |

| Completely blew this goal on 02/26/10 and 02/27/10--major internet binge with eventual evasion of Leechblock and Chronager. OK today (02/28/10), but will have to report failure for the week. | |
