- Make a daily living schedule - Research everything connected to how to get the right amount of sleep each night - Shower before sleep - Learn several types of meditations, so I can calm my mind and sleep well at night - Find the right types of food that helps promoting sleep, and when to eat it - Exercise every day, so I can sleep well. - Lose 1 LB a week from sleeping 8-9 hours a night - Update and refine this report - do my teeth
