- Make a daily living schedule
- Research everything connected to how to get the right amount of sleep each night
- Shower before sleep
- Learn several types of meditations, so I can calm my mind and sleep well at night
- Find the right types of food that helps promoting sleep, and when to eat it
- Exercise every day, so I can sleep well.
- Lose 1 LB a week from sleeping 8-9 hours a night
- Update and refine this report

I’ve been struggling with sleep the whole past 2 weeks: one day bad, next day good, and especially twice where I stayed up all night. I started school 2 weeks ago and now I’m starting the third week and I want to do good on my studying. Yesterday I watched CuriosityStream about sleep research and the brain and understood what’s happening in the brain while lack of sleep occurs. I don’t want that to happen to me! 9 hours of sleep is the recommended daily dose!

Last night was the only night I actually got to sleep for 7 hours. All the rest of the week was unsuccessful

The night of Friday night - Saturday morning I was up all night. I tried to sleep but my mind was in overdrive despite of it. I did take a shower, so that helped calm my body down, but still, I was dead tired but couldn’t sleep. I slept maybe 4 hours in interruption every hour or so during the day.
I think a gradual change should be in place.
Last night ( the night of Saturday, morning of Sunday) I managed to go to sleep at 3am or maybe it was 4am, I’m not too sure. I slept until 10am
