100K steps and no eating after 7:00...

tkdwoman commits to:
I will do 100K steps between today and next Thursday at midnight. -My weekly total next Thursday at midnight will be over 100K steps. Also, I will not eat anything after 7:00 PM for 6 out of 7 days. I am only doing 6 days because I have a dinner at Mila's tomorrow.

Oops, I did it again!! Procrastinated on the steps. I need to do almost 45000 steps total between today and tomorrow. Better get walking. The no eating after 7:00 PM is a great goal for me. Last night, it was 6:45. I thought about eating something then thought that if I can hold off for 15 minutes I won't be able to. I held off and didn't eat anything. |

| Boy. I think this no eating after 7:00 challenge is really going to help. I've definitely been struggling with the healthy eating. I wanted badly to eat tonight, but this challenge stopped me. | |

| Last week I did a step goal and procrastinated. I had to do almost 30K steps yesterday. That was really rough. This week I will do better so I don't get in that predicament. Also, I'm hoping the no eating after 7:00 will help with the diet portion. I tend to do lots of late-night snacking. | |
