Ready to take up my second commitment now..About to start planning all my days in advance so that I achieve my targets. 1. So, the strategy is to make a commitment with money on the line. 2. Have a journal where I plan for the next day so, that I positively achieve the goal--with no distractions or interruptions. 3.Record the outcome (sort of like a tracker where I can keep track of the progress and make changes to tactics to achieve better outcomes) |
