I will not break my Bright Lines while attending the Senior Mom’s Craft Night.
Bright Line 1 No Flour Bright Line 2 No Sugar Bright Line 3 Meals, no snacks or BLT’s Bright Line 4 Weighed or Measure Meals whenever possible I will take my own meal if I do not eat my 3rd meal before attending the craft party. And NO Alcohol... even sugar free. Just say no. Stay with water only.
