Two weeks "successfully" down. Only one "good" run, and my heel is hurting a lot. Silver lining: is this the best time for little niggles and injuries? Doesn't feel it.

Need to seriously slow the runnkng and get in that bike.

First week down: 91k total. Need to be careful to start runs slowly and work on calves each day or will soon be injured. Looking forward to feeling a bit fitter and running with others over next fortnight.
