I commit to: 1) 1.5 hours study per day on 4/5 week nights and 3 hours per day on weekends. 2) Less than 4 procrastinations per day with allowance for 1 transgression per week. 3) Meditate at least once (ideally twice) per day with allowance of one transgression per week. For each successful week you are allowed to get a massage or other relaxing recreational activity.
