| Overall, managed some studying of guides and such when internet wasn't available or easily obtained. I made less progress than desirable but progress was made nonetheless and I'm looking forward to pushing myself further with the next commitment. | |

| While 5 minutes of study daily has proven useful in terms of progress, I do feel as though my progress is way too slow to make a difference at this point. Perhaps using the 5 minutes as minimum benchmark, and exceeding would have proven useful. | |

| With my girlfriend's stroke happening in the last week and all that has come with that, it has been REALLY difficult to remain motivated. The one thing that is keeping me going is that these skills may, in fact, help me support myself and a future with my girlfriend. And I also like to believe that she would not want me to not stop something, especially if all I need to do is study for 5 minutes. | |

| Another week has gone by, and another success. It is seemingly easier to keep the momentum going now that we are halfway through. I look forward to this coming week and being able to see even more progress in my skills. | |
