I commit to reading a book per week (or 100 pages per day, whichever is greater. That means I will use Sunday to catch up in case I fall behind. I will read a minimum of 100 pages per day. This will be done in 45 minute sprints. The day can have at most two of such sprints (so that I don't get fatigued). Shuttle time will be for reading and/or planning. If I'm done with my book for the week, I can only then work on the shuttle. My shuttle buddies will help hold me accountable on a daily.
