Do all of the items in the 75Hard challenge for 75 days straight. If I mess up, I have to start over. The challenge doesn't end until I've hit 75 perfect days in a row.
Habits. 1. 2 daily workouts, one indoor and one outdoor. 2. Stick to meal plan - super low carb, half of each meal must be green veggies. 3. Read 10 pages per day. 4. Drink a gallon of water per day. 5. Take a photo every day. 6. Write 500 words per day. 7. Meditate 10 minutes every day. 8. No masturbation 9. Daily budgeting
