One positive thing I'm noticing about WW is the weekly mindset. Weekly Weigh-Ins, Daily and Weekly Points, I may have negative points now, but I have a way to recover. With LoseIt there was a weekly view, but I was always caught up in the daily view, the daily calorie allotment, that I would stop logging when I went too far into the red. I may have overeaten and binged a bit, but I logged all of it. I knew I wouldn't know how far I would need to go exercise-wise if I didn't know where I was when it came to points later. I also don't beat myself up as badly, I have no idea if I will be able to pull the rabbit out of the hat this week, but I can do my best and know I have three days to recover before my workshop on Tuesday. |

| This week did not go to plan. Trying some extra exercise to make up for it. Hopefully I can at least pull off a 0.4lb loss to make it 20 lbs in 2 months, if not, hopefully this week will be a lesson that (A) I can't outrun a fork & (B) Is overeating worth the hours of exercise it takes to did myself out of the hole I've dug myself into? | |

Attended Workshop yesterday. Red Day 1 is completed, Blue Day 1 and 2 are Wed/Thurs. Red Days Fri & Sat. Decided to exercise 5 days per week. Thurs-Mon to coincide with my WW week. 6 Days was leaving me too tired. Yesterday I used more points than planned, but I will try to earn the same amount of Fitpoints (Or at least have the same amount of points left over) as Ihave in previous weeks. |
