Not watching porn anymore. A gardener doesn’t reserve a plot for weeds, and I won’t waste my time on porn. I must not waste my time on porn. I’m expanding my standards. Porn is beneath me. It drains me of energy and willpower. It’s a habit,ritual,pattern, that I must break.

| It was Christmas, so I rationalised that it was okay despite the agreement. And then it was Boxing Day so I said why not. And then it was one last time before nicola moved back in. Definitely need to cough up the money for this week! | |
