| Relapsed today. Started edging midweek. Really unproductive week with bad habits all added up to a relapse watching girls on IG before watching some porn. Need to get back on track and measure the habits. Also need to start off small and get the main habits in place. It was a feeling of being overwhelmed with everything during the week that triggered me | |
