Walked home from the workspace last night and it turned into a solo walk session since I just kept walking. It was lovely....never seen my home town as deserted as it was on a Sat night. Felt like end of the world

Completed one walk last night, listened to a Sam Harris recording on how to do a walking meditation, and then did an hour-ish walk while listening to some spotify meditation music. I was full of gratitude after this. I look forward to the next one!
