Stay in points (33 daily until reach 220 lbs then 42). 2 tsp oil/day free. Party Nuts 10 wholes = 1pt. Chickfila sauce, light  dressings/dips, BBQ/Catchup free. Beer and small glass of wine/bourbon wkds/vacations, 3 pts & w a friend, free on holiday wknds/vacations. Parmesan & Gatorade free, oil in cooking or added to food free .  A simple "forget" moment doesn't mean I didn't honor the commitment. Sick Days soup (without crackers/chs), OJ/pop free; when sick, bourbon free; cooking bowls free.

I have adjusted to the Weight Watchers system and will complete this contract on their rules. I believe this shift will honor the overall goal in a better way. I will stick to the WW plan and report on Oct 5. I must stay in their plan with no exceptions. A simple "forget" moment does not mean I didn't honor the commitment.

This supersedes previous entry yesterday: Stay in points (33 daily until reach 220 lbs then 42). 2 tsp oil/day free. Party Nuts 10 wholes = 1pt. Chickfila sauce, light  dressings/dips, BBQ/Catchup free. Beer and small glass of wine/bourbon wkds/vacations, 3 pts & w a friend, free on holiday wknds/vacations. Parmesan & Gatorade free, oil in cooking or added to food free .  A simple "forget" moment doesn't mean I didn't honor the commitment. Sick Days soup (without crackers/chs), OJ/pop free; when sick, bourbon free; cooking bowls free. Free race event snacks/drinks. Taper before race = 10 xtra pts daily 3 days prior.  Extra 30 pts per month.  Free cheesecake if Factory; Vacation, special getaway/event, and holiday weekend is daily points as allowed by app. 7/25 Weekend and Kari Bday Weekend one free meal. If go up one pound in weight by week (weigh in Wedn) must decrease a daily point until reach 220. For 7/17 remainder of 10 points starting 6p and 15 points through 7/18.
