So in the bigger picture of life where does this people's knowledge and mba fit? It's fits in because as a life coach I will need people's skills the most. As a general manager I will need people's skill the most. I will require technical skills to navigate through my own business I will require the possession of all the things I will learn iver the course of time. Business and marketing of my services as a life coach is my niche, it my ambition to do it and I'm gonna realise it. I'm gonna get shit done. Having knowing the core concepts all this will become easier. I'm gonna r cord how much time I am putting in. I'm gonna follow mastery process, I'm gonna put in 10 k hourse learning and applying this material. I have the vision and the road map, who can stop me now ? |

The first step in developing people skills is understanding the stages or the value systems different people are at this will enable connection and knowing what will connect with them giving me more understanding of the situation the people are at, at the present moment. A proper study with note taking of spiral dynamics is the first step towards this much needed goal. |
