Spend 30 minutes per day cleaning on every day that I am not required to be somewhere in the morning. This cleaning must be my first post-coffee task when I get out of bed in the morning, and must be accomplished before I can browse social media or read any news (listening to news while cleaning is fine). On days when I am required to be somewhere in the morning, I must clean for 30 minutes first thing when I return home in the afternoon. One day of the week I will clean 1 hour instead of 30 mi
