I commit to: From midnight on 21/05/21 to give up all sugar items, bread, all pastry, scones, crisps, popcorn,peanuts & raisins/dried fruit and all items from the hot food counter/all takeaways. To make a serious commitment to work (at least 6 hrs per day), at least 4 exercise sessions per week and at least 4 hours per week updating personal paperwork. Also TV off by 11pm 7 days per week.
