    "I started yesterday, but I need to make sure I commit. It’s not so much the diet (although my health is now at stake) as I need to have a success. I’ve allowed circumstance to dictate to me too long. Danger zones are the weekend at work: the habit of having a drink after shift ALWAYS ends in a binge. So, for the next 4 weeks, I also no longer drink."

    "Well, it's going ok. Our fridge/freezer stopped working at the weekend and we're waiting for the replacement to arrive today, so we haven't been able to buy in much fresh food or make our newly found favourite low carb/low fat Joe Wicks recipes. However, I haven't actually put any weight on this week - probably because we had a very energetic gig on Saturday and have been reasonably careful about when I drink alcohol. Anyway, I'm still at 11st 12lbs, so a bit of a way to go but I haven't failed this week either. result in its own way. "
