Great week. No significant issues and temptation was low regarding alcohol, tobacco, and firearms for that matter:) This is cool because at home I traditionally enjoyed drinking scotch with my dad and having cigars but we have still had a blast together and both of us have more energy/health.

08/20/17 I meditated for 20 minutes tonight. It's like a warm bath for the mind! I focused on my breathing and how my body felt at different times. Great session!

Yes made it to 211 or 210 from mom's scale,😁😊☺😆😀😉the one don't need batteries mine does. Did 45 min 3 miles Saturday Sunday get it done 3 or 4 mile u tube at nook mom's house.have 50.0z water to drink Todayou during after walking to.mom on way to church but still not ready so maybe not going hers 5 minutes less from house. Try next time maybe. 😇😆😉😁😀😊☺like mine 4 sure church one 5 10 minutes walk from my apartment k.
