"Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live."
- Jim Rohn

We have to make a million choices each and every day, so it makes sense that to keep things simple, we always make the same ones. But the easy choices don't always mean the right choices.

Commit today to changing it up, to doing something different, and making the choice that improves your life for the better. Believe it or not, pretty soon that choice will be the easy one to make too.

After the 4th week I feel better than I thought I would, especially during week one haha. I'm planning to continue the diet with exceptions every now and then. I know this will be especially helpful when I start working night shifts

Yay! I want to get in to experimenting with some recipes, there are still some things that I'd like to feel like I can make, lessen the sense of "lack" or "denial". It's all mental at this point!

#3 I paid $200 dollars already lol. I don't keep a daily calendar, although it would be a good idea. I do use fortify to track though. Sometimes I'm able to think about these things, sometimes my mind is somewhere else completely. So far so good! No problems in the morning because I had to respond to a text from the bank. And alas my phone is already positioned such that I must get up. Other than that a pretty standard day. Was going to go to Vancouver this weekend but we postponed for later in July.

Today gotta little more interesting. Had 6 successful days and withdrawal is starting to hit, which kinda sucks but honestly it was going to get to that point eventually. Therefore that means withdrawal is the next step to becoming what I want to be. Every surge of temptation will be a reminder that my brain is rewiring, and that need for dopamine will be provided when i go to Lagoon this weekend. All part of the journey.

Productive hours: 136 Weight: 188 Books read: 1 Website subs: 91 Daily view record: 1440 Youtube subs: 72 Vids Published: 4 Books Sold: 22 Consultation clients: 1 Products launched: 0 Money earned: 0 Notes: It's surprising that I got 20 subscribers without doing anything. Turns out my article has been on the front page of ROK for like a week, not sure if it's a new algorithm on the page or if it was specifically chosen to be on that spot. Either way, the value of posting articles on ROK has increased even further and is currently the best source of traffic available to me. I can tell myself that this challenge with the daily tasks uses to much have to, or I can tell myself that that's a self-fulfilling prophecy that I can choose to accept or not. Now I've put my back against the wall by agreeing to move to Vegas. I have to come up with 900$ by the fifteenth of July which will require me to really bust my ass on a level that I haven't before, specifically focusing on profitability.

I met my goal last week as well, but I just did not get on to check it. I have no problem skipping a check-in, especially when money is not on the line. I have been overseas for a bit, and I do not think that pmo will really be an issue. I watched a film that had some content that was overt, it has made things a bit more...alive. The desire is not even there, which is amazing. I am loving life, and living large (thanks junk food).
