I fucked up big time. I was fasting the whole day feeling great and all that but after math I had a sit down with some friends and got the munchies so I drank some sweet drink and after I came home I ate some chocolate.. same with two days ago when I sat with Yarin and got really baked..

Hello Sarojekka,I actually relaxed my requirement a bit.I don't always sleep at 11-12,but I do get 8 hours of sleep and have less struggle getting out of my bed after waking up.I think the key point is to plan something you look forward to when you wake up.Ideally,make a breakfast appoint with a friend,or have a morning commitment that aligns with your value.Or as simple as meditating in the morning.If you have a morning routine that gives peace of mind,then you will know that no matter how tough the day is going to be,the routine is nurturing and calming.Or we can call each other,I guess?To make sure we wake up at a certain point?
