Since the last time I posted, I checked my glucose the day after a 105 reading and it dropped to 88, whew. Since, I've stayed sugar free (except fruit), low carb and while not super high fat, enough fat to keep hunger at bay. A good weekend, and still committed.

Exercised Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Really determined now that the Inauguration has taken place. I love the Arctic Trainer at the Y! I feel like I got a harder workout for my quads, inner thighs, and butt even though I didn't use any resistance or incline on the machine.
