I decided not to clean yesterday morning and skipped yesterday afternoon, so I'll need to make up for it tomorrow, but I'm ok with that. It made me realize that I really don't like having to come home to a bunch of chores. I need my time after work to be a free time when I can decompress, not have any pressure to accomplish anything. So from now on, I am going to strive to accomplish all my cleaning in the morning so my evenings can be freer. Long-term, this is how I will approach a lot of "tasks". I think the morning is my most productive and energy-filled time. Because of that, I can feel good doing things that normally drain me after work and then have more time after work to relax.

Reflection: I need to get back on track. My mind has been a little bit lost lately and I've lost a little bit of my focus. I need to pull things back in and get my mind back in the right place. Grateful: 1. I'm thankful for my apartment. I'm honestly living in my dream place right now and I freaking love it. 2. I'm thankful for my roommates! My parents were so positive that we were all gonna end up fighting and not getting along but it's pretty peaceful so far. 3. I'm thankful for this big ass table that we got. At the time I was disappointed because I thought it took up too much space and wasn't "aesthetic", but its been perf for beer pong and rage cage haha MIT: 1. Finish OH 2. Review Lecture 3. Work on PA 4. 1 question from homework

Going strong this week. No issues with abstinence etc (except for the one day on Saturday where I ate part of a cake as we visited friends and I had to try Kristin's cake). Most of the things of this week I already do on a regular basis. No real breakthroughs, except that I notice that I will go lowcarb for a while again and see how I will feel after that.
