TOFU ads are getting people interested but they're not buying. A lot of add to carts, but no purchase. This means there is hesitation. Trust isn't built yet, or at least not strong enough to overpower the fear of buying.
So what's the solution I asked myself? Let's define the problem in a simpler way. Right now my potential buyers are warm. They're interested enough to add to cart. But they're not hot, they're not purchasing right of the gate. The mistake that I made in the past is hoping that my warm potential buyers turns hot while receiving retargeting ads. But that's not what makes them hot. The fuel that increases the flame is trust. That can be done in several ways like testimonials or KOL. We don't have a clear database for testimonials and we don't have the budget for KOL. So that leaves to our third way of increasing trust. Assisted purchasing through WA.
So today, I modified the LP to lead to WA. I still have to modify it a bit more and set up the ads to work that way. I also have to make a flow for the WA chat. But I'm gonna rely on this strategy to achieve this goal.
I'm not gonna make the same mistake as having multiple strategy. One is enough. At least with my current capabilities"
