Unless illness or injury stops me: yoga 3x a wk, 1-hr walks 6x/wk, gym-style work-outs 3x/wk, meditation 7x/wk, and gratitude lists 7x/wk. Unless practically difficult (e.g., traveling) or causing offense: no sweets except 1 serving (600 calories)/wk, limit almonds/walnuts to 1 small handful per day, no grains except quinoa (or other whole grains limited to 2 servings per wk), no milk prod., no peanuts, no white potatoes, no fried food except eggs, no alcohol, no caffeine except 2 days/wk.
