Advancing slowly book-wise, not a very good fit for non-U.S. resident, but steadily getting better at cooking.

I didn't do much this week, but I was half sick and my nose was completely blocked so cooking and eating were both tasteless experiences. Will be fixed this week.

My pace is still not quite as fast as I would like, but I'm getting better.

Cooked three meals, none of them came out too well. All the recepies have surprsingly hard to find ingredients
