I'm doing great, just stuck at 10 pounds. I'm so ready to eat something other than chicken, fish & turkey!

Ahhhh! I'm still only down 10 pounds. I hope by my next report day I'll be at 12! It's difficult when I'm not seeing results.

After 21 days, I'm down 10 pounds! I'm into the second cycle, so my food options are better. I needed a change from egg whites in the morning! Only two more weeks to go.

I went away to Miami this weekend, but I kept up the great work! I didn't drink as much water as normal, but I kept to salads and chicken!

I lost two pounds this week! This was a harder week to stay on the cycle because my stomach was sick for a few days and there really wasn't anything I felt like eating from the cycle list.

Today is hard because my stomach doesn't feel well and I want nothing more than to eat some chicken noodle soup. I'm still at 5 pounds, the weight loss has slowed this week.
