| Scratch my last journal entry-- 9 out of 10 points received on my last submitted assignment! For this week I have achieved my goal and will reward myself with a day off of studying as reinforcement. | |

| This week I have stuck to my commitment of studying daily. I submitted my assignment on time, but have not yet received a grade. I also got in touch with my instructor regarding several questions I had about the course. | |

| I did not receive a satisfactory grade on my first graded assignment. I have reevaluated my commitment and have put in the extra time that is outlined in my behavioral contract. Thus, because I failed for the current week I will add an extra day of studying to my week. | |
