| SO work has been pretty stressful lately, as well as life in general, but whose isn't anyways? I haven't been bposting here everyday like I wanted, however, I am still keeping this commitment, and it isn't going to die. finding the right mount of time and resources is the only real challenge I feel bout this but like they say, the moral of the story is work. | |

Today is the first day of making this. WOOHOO. At this point in my life I am currently a Head of La Casita Mexican Restaurant and Cantina and such. I DO have a pretty large knowledge about cooking and such, but as of now, I'm testing my limits. Mucho Practice on the way, as if I don't get enough haha. |
