I commit to skipping my 9:30pm internet window, today, in the service of getting to bed by around 9:00pm, tonight, and getting up at 5:00am, tomorrow.
I commit to cooking a batch of rice, today, and also the broccoli romanesco that's in the frig, if it's still good.
I commit to doing at least 15 minutes of exploration or practice for my upcoming show-and-tell dance, today.
I commit to either drafting at least one paragraph for a zine or a sustainability support initiative, today, or else putting at least 10 minutes into something related to th h/w.
I commit to taking at least one stretch break, today, separate from the 15 minutes of dance. ' I commit to doing at least 90 minutes worth of useful work on the S, C, or D-O job projects, today.
Took a short stretch break before bed. Skipped the 9:30pm internet window as planned. Was in bed with lights out by 9:30pm, with alarm set for about 5:15am. Calling it a success with minor fudging. Good!

Think I'm well past the 90 minutes I set as a goal for S project. I made it to 6:30pm without reading fiction by eye.
I owe a stretch break and cooking the broccoli romanesco and skipping the 9:30pm internet window.

Took 15-to-20-minute break and did review and experimentation with dance for show-and-tell. Silence is interesting--dancing the feeling rather than depicting the past dances verbatim. Particularly interesting to try the first part of the staff set in slow motion.
