Six weeks has gone by quickly, though I am happy to be done. It's been an really eye-opening experience. I don't think I will go back to how I was before, but it's nice to not have to be gluten et. free all the time |

I ran six miles on Sunday. My roommate and I did a caveman run up Pilot mountain - each caring about 15 lb. rock for the run up. I was surprised that I was not sore from the run the next day. I believe my diet is working. Steve Nash described going on a no sugar diet and how soreness really went away. It's cool to see benefits from the diet in my exercise. |

I've made it four weeks successfully. I would say I'm surprised how enjoyable it has been to eat well. I forgot that foods like sweet potato would be allowed. Eating so much more veggies has definitely made a difference. I have less allergies and my complexion is clearer. I would like to feel more energy upon waking up, but that only spurs me to continue to experiment with my diet. Who knows, maybe the next two weeks will make a difference. |
