1) Getting 7-8 hours sleep per evening.
2) Continue cleaning out excess stuff from my home and surroundings 3) Continue my therapy incorporating additional exercise as tolerable 4) To keep balance with work and life experiences, incorporating painting into the balance.

| Ok, hon, here to say hi and check in on the final week of your challenge. Personally, with all you've been through, I think just keeping a positive attitude and taking care of your health is a win. Look forward to seeing your final report and debriefing on the In Your Equation Challenge - hopefully in person. Wishing you and Mark and all a happy and healthy Thanksgiving. Talk soon. | |
