Not very well at all. Been quite down recently. After losing this much money, I am renewing my commitment today and will focus on this, and nothing else...

I am a keen runner, who has the potential to do very well in races, but I keep letting myself down by my unhealthy eating habits and binge eating. Before signing up to this challenge today, I have eaten half a packet of midget gems, half a packet of fruit shortbread biscuits and a creme egg. I feel sick and regret it immediately, but at the time I felt out of control and unable to stop stuffing things into my mouth. Pledging to donate to the Conservative party might just be the kick up the ass I need to kick this habit.
