Even though I have consistent flip ups I do feel like life has improved with these new goals. I have more self esteme and i enjoy stuff more. I also have more hope that I will overcome this. Question 6: Next attack is definetly going to be tonight. Just going to focus on positive stuff and not focus so much on "not slipping". |

Kinda slacking on here... Pretty stoked for the trip up to seattle, gonna party it up with Tyler and hopefully Caleb. Q5: level 5: decided to give up around 12 last night 4: downward spiral when started considering options of things to watch. 3: tenptation hit few hours before bed 2: not feeling really spiritual 1: worried i might not be doing things right Think my motivation is good, and even some of my habits. I slip at the same time now so its definetly a cycle. Need to find a way to break it. Need to start flagpoles i think |
