This was the first week of Phase II and just when I thought the workouts weren't making me too sore, a few new ones were incorporated. It is still fun.

This week was recovery week, therefore a much needed stretch week. Losing inches and noticing an increase in energy. Excited for phase II!

This workout was surprisingly more convenient than I thought seeing that I was traveling this week. Just pop in the DVD and follow what they do.

Another week down and a few more pounds lighter. Next week will be interesting as I will be traveling...but I will do it!

This was a hard week...so sore after every workout, but somehow managed to go back the next day. It's fun and very active. I am feeling more energized already. Lost 4 lbs this week! Looking forward to this upcoming week!
