Yes, I ran tue before class and also on Thur and then Did Yoga on Fri. I really missed doing Yoga, It was great to get back into it.

Last week was so busy! There was something everynight after work and it was hard to find time to work out. This week will be better.

The weather was nice this last weekend and I was able to RUN, Thank goodness! I ran Tue, Thur, Fri.

This week I've ran a few times. I ran Tues afternoon after I received my Nike stuff. I did run far just to the end of Smith's. I was great I made me feel good.
I ran yesterday also a total of 30 mins with walking at the beginning and end. I feels great to be outside. Today It's really nice out I plan to go for a run around 2:30.

Yes, I have done a good job doing working out. It would be great if it would get a little warmer so I can go out and run. I miss running and I'm ready to get back on the road!!

Today, Max and I went for a walk, It was nice and max really enjoyed it. Then did a min and a half of jumping jacks then 40 crunches and 30 rev. crunches. The crunches are still hard to do but I know at some point they will get easier.

Yesterday I did all the lower body exercises. I found the mountain climbers to be the most difficult, but I did it. I also did a min of jumping jacks. you wouldn't think that they would be that bad but a min was a long time.

Last night Mark and I did 40 crunches. I was difficult but I did it and I felt great afterward. I felt pumped and ready to workout more. I need to find away to do cardio when its so cold outside.

Yesterday, was the first day of the workout and let me say, it was tough!! It was all upper body and I have NO upper body ablities. I couldn't do one pull-up. I just means I have a long way to go an hopefully by the end of the 12 weeks i'll be rockin' the upper body stuff.
