I still applaud your consistency with working out your arms and abs!! Don't let a little bad eating slow you down. What's done is done, just work on eating better this week. =) You're doing so great!

Worked out arms nearly everyday, and did some minor ab workouts, but not bike or treadmill all week. I also ate kind of poorly.
