I commit to I commit to stop late night eating and drinking (No eating after 7:00 pm week days. No drinking after 9:00 pm week days). I commit to a one hour workout at the gym at least four times a week. I also commit to getting up by at least 8:00 am every day and accomplishing stated goals above.
