"Workout and lose weight" I commit to:
come up with a workout routine and exercise 5-6 days a week. Lose at least 20 pounds. Eat healthy foods instead of junk food all of the time.
I was able to workout at the fitness center at the hotel yesterday. I got on the bike for 45 minutes. It was really good. I also got me some diet pills. I don't know if i've lost weight. But they are helping me reduce the amount I eat.

I haven't been able to work out this past week. I've been so busy packing, that I'm so tired afterwards. And I've been eating junk food the past few days. I haven't been in the mood to cook dinner. But I am losing weight. I'm not eating that much during the day, so I guess that's where the losing a few pounds is coming from.

I didn't workout that much this week. But I did go for a few long walks this week. I've lost a few pounds this week.

So this week, I worked out 4 times. I'm sore. My legs hurt today and my upper body was sore yesterday. This week has been the first week that I was able to workout for half an hour and not be exhausted afterwards. I'm proud of myself for that. I started doing some cardio. I'm walking around the apartments for 20 minutes a day, mostly at night before it gets dark. It's a start. I finished soda yesterday and have decided no more soda for me. This should help me lose some weight. I ordered a scale the other day. I should have it today. Once I get it, I should know what I actually weigh. I hope it's better than what I think it is.

So this past week I only worked out 3 times. My goal for this week was to work out 4 times. Maybe next week I will be able to work out 4-5 times a week. I'm cutting back on the soda and junk food. I'm gonna limit it to 2 times a week. The rest of the week I have to eat healthy foods. I have healthy food, but not a lot. I need to eat more fruits and veggies.
