This month 5/3/24 Wake up by at least 630 am every morning.
No PMO, MO, massages, downloading apps, etc. Instead, practice SR and STM. Drink 3L of water a day (4 blender bottles of liquid). Schedule social activities each week.

| Also the stress of not having ANY coping mechanisms or much social contact makes day to day a bit uncomfortable. If i get good sleep, and switch off coffee I think a lot of the anxiety will be alleviated. | |

| Seeing clearly that the stress I feel is a big factor in my sleep. Specifically, I am using coping mechanisms much more and feeling the need to stay up late to enjoy TV to compensate for the stressful day. Overall it is a bad strategy and counterproductive. It is a downward spiral I need to break since stress will always be present. | |

| in total last nights mistake cost me 8+19+30+82 = 139 dollars. It cost me 4 hours of sleep and 12 hours of productive work. I could have used that money for something that actually nourishes me. I do like the feeling of being on the hunt for something when I am on those apps. After deleting them i immediately felt a sense of boredom. I am still on the hunt for love, connection, certainty (wealth), and other things. They just seem much harder to obtain but i dont think it has to be this way. | |
