Woke up late, went to bed much much late than earlier. Stretched to 4. Cause- random mindless scrolling and replying to msgs |

Day 2- slept after 3, did hot compression but also used phone after the fixed time. But woke up at 7ish and did pranayam. That's also good 😊 |

| Tho final sleep time stretched to 2 today, i stopped using phone after 1:15. After that i did hot compressions. Technically goal not achieved bt achieving it was on my mind throughout the day. I'll consider this as a positive effort, ama only for today | |
