Before I heard about stickK, I use to write down goals annually on January 1st, and never look at them again. I read books about how to set goals, such as SMART goals, and how much by when. It all made sense, but it was hard to remember that I had these goals written down.

When I came across stickK.com I was impressed with the concept. I am a member of Generation Y, who spend most of my time on a computer. Facebook took off, and so did social media. stickK allowed me to have goals where I had a community of friends to help keep me motivated. I also enjoy putting money on the line to keep my goals in check. It forces me to accomplish my goal since I do not want to give my money away to friends for not accomplishing a goal.

So far I have achieved every goal I have put on stickK. I love the fact that you can’t delete a commitment you made! After I have completed a commitment I have made to myself, I always put on another commitment to accomplish that is bigger, and with more money on the line.
