Ate measured amounts and avoided eating more than planned both today and yesterday. All eating done before 4 pm. Digestion seems good maybe aided by extensive walking today

1200 calories in morning (muesli + cd). Then 990 in mid-afternoon (mg crackers + rxbar + broccoli). *Still* not ideal but relatively well-done
