| I know being coached through an apology is unfair to you and I should recognize the extent of my hurt and that you don’t know how I feel, only what I say. I’m truly sorry I’m such a jerk. I need help accepting criticism the moment it’s given and process things before automatically responding with defensiveness and fabrications. I’ve messed up. In the future I will do better with leaving the situation before exploding, writing my feeling once I’ve processed things, recognize that I will fail and I don’t need to lash out and go back to more mediation and reading excersizes. | |
