I commit to working as a dishwasher at Ruby Tuesdays as many hours and shifts as needed at the Gibsonton and Ellenton locations until 5/23/23 as laid out in a signed contract. The contract shall be extended in 18 week increments with revised stakes until 1/5/27. Quitting the restaurant or failing to fulfill the requirements incurs the penalty.
